Reducing the weight of the tyre was another design aspect for the Scorpion Verde™. The signifi cant reduction achieved together with the adoption of compounds with extremely low rolling resistance, has put this tyre at the top of the category for "Rolling Resistance". For the new Scorpion Verde™, the Green Performance innovation process has led to the use of compounds containing special polymers. These compounds increase the tyre’s grip, particularly on wet tarmac, and guarantee very high safety levels even in demanding weather conditions.
